Taming Fire & Explosion
Available data and recent socio-economic developments within our body polity portend an alarming risk factor and general concern with regards to incidents of fire and explosion leaving in their wake regrettable losses of lives, properties and attendant social and economic dislocations. We are therefore pleased to introduce our Fire Fortification & Antixplosion Solution as an effective antidote to mitigate the potential hazards of fire and explosion within the most culpable risk elements such as LPG (Cooking Gas), Oxyacetelane (Welding Gas), Petrol, Diesel , Kerosene, Electrical Spark etc
Xplosion Control
Central to our solution model is the deployment of innovative fire taming and antixplosion device known as Xplosion Control. It is a unique mixture of fire resistant and non-combustible alloys mechanically produced via a patented three dimensional engineering system. Xplosion Control is either in a mesh, ball or textile format (depending on purpose) that is fire, blast, moisture, corrosion and heat resistant.
Pre-fitted Xplosion Control & Fire Fortification Utilities
These are shelf off-take safety products designed to cater for specific applications aimed at taming the potential risk of fire and explosion in day to day living either at home or in corporate environments. Currently we have on offer the following pre-fitted utilities:
Retrofit Installation Program (RIP)
We strongly believe in evolving systems, adapting technologies and investing research & development resources in order to expand the horizon of safer day to day applications and deploy our ground breaking safety and security technology to forestall and forbid the incidence of fire and explosion in our local and urban communities.
We have therefore invested significantly in the process of converting new and in-use combustible utilities such as gas cylinders, generators, surface/underground tanks and automobiles into safer non-combustible utilities. Our retrofit program also encompass the periodic statutory testing and painting (ST&P) for gas cylinders and complete refurbish of gas bottles.

Over and above the outstanding safety and security benefits of this innovative model, Xplosion Control confers extraordinary application benefits, such as:
– When Petroleum products are deposited in regular tanks, kegs, generators and even vehicles, between 5% to 25% of the products are lost to evaporation (actual percentage depends on weather, operational condition and nature of the petroleum product) Xplosion Control cancel such losses, thus conferring significant financial savings
– Xplosion Control is rust and corrosion resistant, so the life span of the container is elongated.
– Only about 1% of the internal storage space is lost to the installation of Xplosion Control.
– Post installation, Xplosion Control requires little or no maintenance.
– Xplosion Control does not alter or have any effect on the chemical composition of the petroleum product stored in the tank.
